* 支付訂金後，請截圖轉帳記錄 WhatsApp 通知中心職員。
* 取消預約或失約將不會退回訂金，亦不能轉讓。
* 逾期繳付訂金將自動取消該預約，不作另行通知。
* 預約時間如需更改（只可改一次），必須於一個工作天前（24小時前）Whatsapp 通知中心職員另作安排。

* After paying the deposit, please notify our staff via WhatsApp with a screenshot of your payment confirmation
* Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations or no-shows.
* Appointments will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the deadline.
* Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted once only, with at least one working day's (24 hours) advance notice via WhatsApp to our staff.
* Exceptions require valid medical documentation or apply during severe weather conditions.
